Basic Coverage
Architectural Supplements® LLC (“ASI”) warrants to the first purchaser only that ASI products not made of fiberglass conform to specifications, drawings, samples, or other product descriptions furnished by Architectural Supplements® LLC, and are of good material and workmanship, free of manufacturing and factory defects, and will function properly under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
The warranties set forth above do not apply to products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or to products damaged during shipment or installation, or by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse, tampering, misapplication, negligence by others, improper repair or maintenance, fire and/or other casualty. These warranties do not apply to defects in components not manufactured by ASI. Failure to follow ASI’s care and maintenance instructions will void this warranty.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from non-conforming goods or from any other causes shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts at the sole option of ASI, and that ASI shall not be liable for damages, for injury to persons or property, nor for replacement of the entire commercial unit, if repair or replacement of defective parts can reasonably render the unit conforming.
THIS IS ASI’S ONLY WARRANTY AND PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ASI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY ASI. ASI RECOMMENDS THE USE OF LINERS IN ALL FIBERGLASS (LOW FOSSIL FUEL), FIBER STONE, AND FIBER CLAY PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LEAKING PLANTERS. CLAIMS NOT MADE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD ARE DEEMED WAIVED BY THE PURCHASER. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL ASI BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE, TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS, RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ASI OR THEIR SALE, USE, OR MANUFACTURE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.
No change in any provision of this Limited Warranty may be made without the written agreement of an authorized officer of ASI. No officer, employee, or representative of ASI has the authority to assume greater liability than that described above.
Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team .
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- Submit clear photos of the damaged planter along with a detailed description of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties.
